Minimum Charge

ShineTime has a minimum charge of £100.00 for all 'one-off jobs' carried out for non-regulars. Regular window cleaning customers however are given better prices for one-offs such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc, and the £100 minimum charge doesn't apply to them.

Pressure Washing

ShineTime charge £2.00 per square metre which includes the replacement of sand on block paving. This price however can decrease or increase depending on the size of the area quoted, and the travelling distance involved.

Gutter + Fascia Cleaning

ShineTime charge £2.00 per metre

This price however can decrease or increase depending on the length of guttering quoted, and the travelling distance involved.

Window Cleaning

ShineTime charge £0.75 per window

This price however can decrease or increase depending on the size of the windows and the travelling distance involved.

Conservatory Cleaning

ShineTime charge a £100.00 minimum for conservatories. This however includes cleaning the entire conservatory; roof, gutters, windows, window frames, and window sills.

Combination Jobs

Some customers will employ ShineTime to clean their driveway, conservatory, house gutters and windows all at the same time in the same job. This can help keep the price of the job down as it would cost the customer a lot more to have all those items cleaned in seperate jobs by ShineTime.

Payment

ShineTime accept payment by either cash, cheque, paypal or electronic bank transfer.
